I have friends who live at several of the properties that are managed by this company and each of them are happy with their apartments. A couple of times I have been in their leasing office and everyone seems to be firendly and helpful. My firends say that when maintenance is needed, there needs are taken care of fairly quickly. There is always some type of work being done to improve and keep things nice. Well worth your money.
