You can tell they try to keep the place clean. It's off the beaten path so it might be a little hard to find. I lived there in 2008 and liked it. I needed a bigger place, and they didn't have any 3 bedrooms available. They have a pool and sport court. Wireless internet out by the pool would be nice. They also gave me a good Lamar Student discount, and gave me referrals for sending my friends there.
