great, quiet place

i lived here for 3 years. it was my first apt, and a good choice. the management and maintenance were outstanding. it's a quiet place, but that's how i like it. there are a lot of established people living there, so it's really not for the typical college kids. if you're looking for a quiet place that offers its residents affordable prices and great service, it's a good choice to live here.
