dont get me wrong, the rent is cheap and its a place to lay your head. i lived there for a little over 1 1/2 yrs. parking is not an issue, but if 1 person complains "fast talker" is quick to put a notice on your door. that happened twice and it was not even my fault.

my car was broken into twice in 2 days. 5 other tennants tires were slashed in 1 night, and peoples bbq pits are stolen from outside. my ac unit was stolen from outside and i was with out for 4 days. was anything taken off of my rent' NO!

then noise is horrible. the walls are paper thin, they talk about quiet hours but only use them if your skin color is the right 1. it doesnt take that long to get things fixed, but they come in on their own good time. they do put up notes to let you know they are coming, but they just come in. no warning at all before they enter.
