I've been very disappointed with this apartment complex. When I first moved in, in May I put in 2 work orders to have my patio key replaced (since the one they gave me wasn't the right one) and to have my oven fixed. Well, 4 months later, I haven't heard anything. I contact them about it every week and they keep telling me the same thing. I have decided to terminate my lease and move elsewhere. This place is a total disaster. I haven't had my air filter changed since I moved in and it's supposed to be done once a month. No pest control. The carpet edges aren't held down with anything. The kitchen cabinets are about to fall apart completely. I have to keep my air conditioner running on 70 just to keep the temperature in my apartment at 80.
