I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff, mainly Andrea, is terrible to work with. She's rude, dismissive, and flat-out lies. She spends all her time sitting on her butt in the office and does not care enough to find out what is going on in her own apartment complex.

I was parked in someone else's parking spot for 30 minutes one day b/c someone else was in my spot and she had my vehicle towed, WHILE I WAS IN THE APARTMENT!!! She couldn't even get off her butt to knock on my door and ask me to move my vehicle. It cost me $150!!

My kitchen sink and dishwasher were broken for over a month. I wrote her letter after letter to get them fixed and saw a maintenance man twice who told me he "needed a part." I had to wash my dishes in the bathroom sink. The day I moved out, my sink and dishwasher had yet to be fixed. The dishwasher was leaking and caused the linoleum in the kitchen to rot, and SHE CHARGED ME FOR IT!!!

I did not get any of my deposit back and she's saying I owe her an additional $600 but she "can't remember" what for. She has yet to provide me with an itemized receipt showing where my deposit and $600 extra dollars is going, even though she is required by the Texas Apartment Association to give me an itemized receipt. It's been almost 4 years and I still haven't received a receipt regardless of the dozens of written and verbal requests I've given her.

My bedroom fan broke and the maintenance crew broke my sliding glass door in the process of fixing the fan (I think their ladder went through the door). They just left it like that and I came home (note, I did receive any word that they would even be in my apartment that day to fix the fan) there was broken glass all over the bedroom and the glass door was completely shattered, anyone could have just walked into my apartment.

THat place could be a nice place to live if it weren't for the office manager, Andrea. She's unprofessional, incompetent, and doesn't know the first thing about customer service.

The above person is a permanently disfunctional semi-arboreal low class twit. I know. She always peed in the pool.
