I currently live at Fountain Woods and after reading the comments posted on this site, I couldn't disagree more. I have turned in many maintenance complaints, which were all handled the same day I reported them. I have dealt with Andrea and the previous manager Brandy numerous times-All which were pleasent and professional. I would assume that anyone who had any type of negative dealings with the staff, probably wasn't following the community polices. (Which are clearly outlined at move in.)
