The main issues I had are just maintenance problems. My air conditioning went out 5 times in a year and I would have to spend the night in an apartment that was 85 degrees. The tub/shower has mildew damage that they just caulk over every time a person moves. If you look, you can see very thick caulking on the edges and corners of the shower. When that wears away in a few months, you can see the disgusting mildew underneath. Their late fee for rent is ridiculous. One day late (paid on the 2nd) cost me 85 bucks extra, so pay on time! The pool is rarely cleaned and the hot tub hasn't worked in a year and a half.

Good things - I never had a maintenance complaint that wasn't addressed right away. Trash pickup is reliable. Complex is quiet. Good location.
