I found this complex on-line and placed a call and spoke directly with Aundria. She was very informative and extremly helpful. She e-mailed me all of the forms I needed to complete the moving process. She contacted me on a daily basis (via e-mail) to make sure everything was taken care of prior to my arrival in Beaumont. I was transferred from out of state so the scheduling of this move was very difficult for me to arrange, with the help of Aundria I had a smooth transfer and was able to move in without any unexpected charges. I have been here for two months and I'm very happy with the apartment, it was very clean and refreshing upon move-in. I would gladly recomend anyone to this complex. I'm sure you would be just as pleased.
