The rent is expensive. Management is not friendly, just nosy. They prorate and overinflate the water bills. If you like this place after 3 or 4 mos, ok I'll go for that. By the time your lease comes up you'll be singing a different tune. Parking is horrendous. They offer ammenities in their brochure that they don't even have. Much nicer and cheaper places to live in Beaumont. Just look at the other apartments in this site. They don't care one bit about their tenants, just about a lot of bits mainly $$$$$$.
