I have lived at Fountain Woods Apartments for almost one year now, and i can not wait to leave. the manager-Andrea is such a rude women. Angel the other lady is better to work with. everytime we had a question for Andrea she would always be snooty and rude. & everytime we went in there she was always playing on myspace. The mantince is really really slow. My air was always freezing up and because of that my electricity bill was always over $150.00 & I had a small one bedroom apartment.They never cleaned our air unit and it collected so much dust and mold that we were always getting sick. The hot tub has never worked.There were always ants in the apartment & they would never come spray for the bugs. The laundry rooms were always messy and the washer/dryer's are very small. and each load is $.75. Definately not worth it. when i was moving out i was unaware that i had to give the 30 day notice- i thought they would give us a form to fill out or something.NO..one has to go down there and get it. &&& if it is not within 30days of the move out date one has to pay for those days. I had six extra days & that came to a total of $96.77 plus water bill. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. PLEASE TAKE THIS ADVICE. YOU WILL REGRET MOVING IN. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
