Initially seems a nice place to live on surface. However many issues - maintenance needs are addressed slowly, central air has broken down 3 times in 8 months, apartments are getting old and broken down, apartment personel do not always inform you that they are entering your apartment in advance required. Poor service in general - often no answer at office. Bogus rent charge periodically occur with rent. Considered getting a dog but policy is less than 25lbs. and breed restrictive.
