I dont know what all these other people writing reviews are doing, but I've lived on the second floor with poolside balcony for 2 1/2 years and it is the best apartment I have ever lived in. The only downside is the parking. Your friends or family that come to visit have to park way over in visitor parking or you will get towed.. haha been there on that on. The office staff are wonderful. When I first moved in Andrea was a little harsh but now that she is used to me and I am used to her we get along fine. As soon as i tell them something is wrong with the apt they are there within 24 hours to get it fixed. I have had the ceiling in my bathroom replace a new fridge, new stove, and new light bulbs in the kitchen. They are always fast and convient. The lawnkeeper is funny and never gets mad at you for anything and even if you miss the trash run on the first time he will come back and get it later for you. My favorite thing about Fountain Woods is that it is a very young community with not alot of screamin bad ass kids and not alot of elderly people that get mad if you stay up late or play your music loud. I can pretty much do anything i want anytime i want and no one cares. It is truely my favorite apt ever!!!!!!
