I have lived here since the latter part of 2006. My upstairs neighbors were noisy, and rude. They would spit on the concrete walkway from upstairs and it would land right in front of my doorway! They would also drop food from their balcony that would land on my porch and their dogs would "relieve" themselves right in front of my patio area. Their children would hang out on the stairway and I could smell weed in my apartment which i believe was from the apartment directly above me. My bathroom ceiling leaked and maintenance was very slow. Months later I moved to another unit in this complex and I am happy so far. When it rains, I can tell that there may be a flooding problem but so far I am satisfied and I feel blessed. I am saving money because the apartments are cable ready. No one bothers me. I stay to myself and I dont leave my apartment after dark. I dont have a problem with parking. I HAVE seen lots of trash on the ground sometimes but many mornings I see maintenance workers cleaning it up so overall....I am ok living here.
