These apartments are TRASHY!!! Police harass me for playing next to my apartment building with my 4 year old, and told me I was loitering. Office staff is very rude and nosy. The main maintenance man sucks!!! He spies on people after office hours and tells on you if you step outside if your apartment to have a smoke. THe first day I moved in they tried to pass off a fridge and stove that was destroyed by the hurricane and my at the time infants formula spoiled. Never cleaned the apartment before move in and I had to come in ahead of time to clean thoroughly. Also, they never let me see my actual apartment before move in. Parking is a disgrace!!!! So much more it is ridiculous!!! Drugs, major theft, bad office staff, overpriced apartments, pools never opened...the list goes on. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID!!!!!! oh another issue my fiance has permanently injured his back and can't walk very well anymore, but management won't let me move into new apartment, not understanding or helpful people at all!!!!New management that has taken over is worse than old, told me when the first took over that they would only be fixing the outside appearance of the complex and they are not really concerned with allready rented apartments. Also, honored no promises in sales pitch for apartment. any question please call me 409-550-2204. Laundry room is gross with huge roaches everywhere and 1.25 for wash but not a full load and they are sometimes unplugged and take your money, and drying is at least 3.00 per small load because you have to use the dryers at least 3 times each.
