I have lived in various apartments in Texas and I thought these would be really nice. The price they are asking for is just not worth the ammenities...the carpet in the hallways and stairways are discusting. The elevators always smell like animals and other gross things. The apartments were alright and the maintenance people were really nice and actually seemed to care. The landry rooms were nice because they are located inside the apartment complex as are the doors to enter the apartment. However, the landry facilities were not up to par and always breaking. I also felt like the staff did not keep us informed on important things, such as a fire in an apt, etc. And now that all the construction is going on in that area I am sure commuting is a total hell!
The manager at the time I lived there did not really seem to care about the tenants...as long as she received her rent check!
I did enjoy the tennis courts...not many apartments have that these days.
