This apartment was the middle of the road. There were good things and bad things. The one-bedroom is huge and the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. I really liked having laundry facilities in my building. That made washing clothes extremely convenient. The elevator made it easier to move furniture in.
The maintenance staff was friendly. Once when it rained a lot, a leak sprouted in the ceiling of my bedroom (I was on the third floor). Maintenance addressed it pretty quickly, and I didn't have any more problems after that.
I worked until midnight every night and, being a single female, I felt semi-safe walking from the parking lot to my apartment every night. I never saw any suspicious activity to make me feel unsafe. However, the parking lot and buildings on the outside aren't very lit.
The office staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The workout facility sucks - a few crappy weight machines, one stairmaster, and one bike.
I think the worst thing is that the walls are REALLY thin, and I could hear my neighbors' televisions and even when they talked on the phone. I can't imagine what they must have thought with me coming in at midnight all the time. I'm sure I could have woken them up just with normal activity and opening and closing my front door.
