Like the other person said... it's an ok place to live... a LOT less expensive if you have a roomate (HINT: me and my roomate made the living room into a bed room, thus 1 bedroom apt. for two people!). The manager is both nosy and messy and will talk about you to other tenants, so stay on your toes! Otherwise, she is willing to work with you. Very close to the school (walking distance). Clean. Only problem, no security at all. Parking sucks sometimes, but it's okay. Maintenance great.
