Nice for a single person. The parking isn't too bad, could be better. The rent is perfect, electric not too high. I wish they would let you know when people are coming in for repairs, but it is a they come when they come deal. They do not provide pest control they reall SHOULD and in some aprtments NEED to, but they supply you with the Bombs to Bomb every month or when needed on your own. They also supply you with air filters for your AC each month. They have a very STRICT no pet policy and they mean NONE...no fish, birds, dogs, cats...NOTHING or you will be fined. My apartment was very clean upon move in, new appliances and carpet. I wish the cabinets and such were of better quality as well as the screens on the windows so I could open the window in the better seasons. Overall it is a generally safe, quite and nice place to live, especially if you are on a budget and don't want to live in a hell hole.
