I moved in a couple of months ago. When I first moved, I thought it was going to be o.k., but... there is a huge ant problem, my bath tub drain slow, I had many work orders about my air conditioner not blowing cool enough, when it rains, there will be MAJOR flooding. But the management was nice. I don't think I met the assistant manager to comment on her. One postive thing I can say is the maintenance man is really nice. I can't wait until my lease is up.
