I have been living here for about two years with huge complaints. In the beginning, I must agree, the maintenance was sub-standard and the customer service was lacking. But I had to stick it out because of my lease, and I can honestly say I do not have any problems with maintenace anymore. I guess it all depends on what you look for in a home. I go to work and come home, with little desire to hang out with the local tenants. I have gotten to know my immediate neighbors, and we look out for each other's place while we are away. Besides that, I only need a quiet space with decent living amenities. I get that from the Harbour. Emergency maintenance issues are taken care of within the hour (at least in the two occasions I've had to call them), and they have increased their maintenance staff recently. I did have a complaint about the water about 1-2 months ago, but it seems to have cleared up. But note, if you desire to have great customer service from the leasing office, go elsewhere. Their staff seems to only do the minimum required, and they are not advocates for tenant support. In summary, yes, they do have their problems, but for the very reasonable price and size of the apts, I could deal with it for a couple of years. It was a good pit stop...but now I have to move on to bigger and better things. :)

I agree, it is a good pit stop ONLY. Management appears to have other issues on their mind and customer service is not user-friendly. The driving and parking areas need improvement and I'm sure training in customer relations for the staff, particularly the manager, is well needed. Perhaps if I could ever contact the owners, I could honestly give them an objective opinion concerning improvements that may help to improve their reputation. Does anyone know how to reach them?
