A terrible place to live.

Edit:
This review was written early in my tenure at the Harbour.
Since then the place has become absolutely unlivable.
The management lets anyone in (e.g.
some of my neighbors, though very nice people, were openly affiliated with a gang) so safety is a huge issue.
As stated in other reviews, the management has changed hands repeatedly, so policies are constantly changing.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The Harbour has its pros and cons, but overall is a good place to live while in college.
Pros:
A big pro is that the maintenance staff is quick and efficient with their work.
If you call in an emergency, the problem is solved within the hour.
The price is very reasonable.
Curtis, the manager, is very nice and helpful.
He goes out of his way to fix problems that we may have.
Cons:
There are a lot of college students who live here, so there are often loud parties that last into the night.
Laundry room is often full and costs are excessive ($1.75 to wash and dry one load).
Sidewalks often flood when it rains.
Parking lot has many large holes in the pavement.
While parking is abundant, it may not be near your apartment.
As you can see, the cons are really more like nuisances than problems.
In all, I would recommend someone live in these apartments.

I know this is a weird question, but did you apply for any properties in Bryan? I'm a leasing consultant at one and your name looks familiar...
