My husband and I lived at the Harbour from 2006 to 2010 and in the four years we lived there it went from decent to ghetto.

When we first lived there, it wasn't too bad, but it has quickly gone downhill.

They have gone through 4 property managers and are now on their 5th.

The last property managers would rent to anyone and everyone and now the property reflects that.

The paint is peeling and the place looks shabby.

If you want to worry about domestic disputes and possible drive by shootings, then the Harbour is the place for you.
