I have lived here for the past year. The apartments do have large bedrooms and closets and have a nice, home-like feel to them. I live downstairs, so I have a little backyard in the back. I DO have to say that if you have any kind of emergency (apartment flooding due to washer overflowing,etc) it is always taken care of "as soon as possible", which may be 2-3 days down the road. Since there is no management on site, you have to leave a message on an answering machine. While some light bills may be higher, mine has never gone over $120 in the heat of the summer, and that's just because I keep my AC on 65 constantly. I don't agree with the previous poster's comments about the street and the people at the neighboring complexes. While I've been there, I've only noticed the cops there one or two times and it was not a big deal. I have never noticed any vandalism or car break-ins, either. My car has always been safe right outside my door. I would recommend this complex to anyone as long as you don't mind waiting for maintenance. Other than that, my stay has been pleasant.

I moved into the complex in November 2007. Since then maintenance has drastically improved, since all one needs to do is knock on my door to report any problems. (MANAGER)
