ok so everything SEEMS to be perfect and you know...it kinda is!
the only thing i have a problem with is the PARKING!!!
there is NONE,they dont have enough regular parking then they expect you to pay extra for covered parking!!!
...when youre already paying $700 -$1000! really!
you would think that with ALL THE MONEY they are getting that they would at least make more room!!!

yeah well they have CRAPPY instalation of carpet!!!

-i have talked to the apartment manager,i have called the main office and it STILL took over a year...yes a YEAR to get anything fixed!

-someone posted a comment saying something along the lines of..."poeple have lived there before you." and some other ramble b.s.
first and fore most i NEVER said anything in my statement that was false
*parking is horrible (there is none)
*karen WILL sell you that apartment
*the carpet is put in WRONG. i get stabbed in the foot in certain spots of the apartment (you have to learn where to walk)

- yes i could "just terminate the lease" but that goes against my credit and not only that, i am responsible for the payments left on the lease unless someone gets the apartment and kingsgate doesnt lose on the event of the termination!

i wish people knew what they were talking about before they open their mouths!!!

lady you need to get a life! it is an apartment and people have lived there before you things are not going to be absolutely perfect! if you have a work order that has not been completed you need to put it in writing like your lease requires and if it is not completed in a resonable amount of time you can terminate your lease....then you will not have to be miserable there anymore...you can be miserable somewhere else
