I love it here!! The noise is zero. maintenance is done on time. Karen is cool!! I have no complaints about Kingsgate. i enjoy coming home. hate that my lease is up in July. Time to buy a home. Highly recommend Kingsgate!!!!

karen is a very nice woman! as far a maintenance,well thats another story! things are ALWAYS messed up...if one gate isnt closing and locking,the other gate is just plain messed up! when the key is in there you cant get the lock to turn, let alone get your key unstuck! classiest apartments???HAHAHA! you want classy? go to the ones on old dowlen(the newest ones near the storage place) those are CLASSY! kingsgate is TRASHY! im counting down the days until my lease is up!
