I have lived here for the past two years and highly recommend it. Karen and Archie are easy to work with and respond to any maintainence requests quickly. When the freon tube on my AC cracked, it was fixed within 2 days. Karen actually called me back on a Saturday within a few hours of leaving a message. Like all mid-range apartments in Beaumont, rent is a bit high. It is less than than many of the other comparable complexes in town, though. For an apartment, insulation is pretty good. Have never paid more than $50/mo for electricity and rarely hear neighbors.
