Lancaster-Cornwall is an abysmal place to live. It started out as a nice place but management change and everything went downhill. Our stove has a bad coil or something and shoots sparks when turned on. We turned in a work order to fix this and several other things. Two weeks later they show up and fix everything but the stove. Parking is horrible; I work until 9-10 p.m. and have to routinely park all the way across the complex because of the lack of parking spots. Furthermore, we have recieved a second notice (did not get a first) for an infraction that was said to be in the lease. After thoroughly reading the lease on three occasions I have yet to find this infraction. We also recieved a notice that our pet had attacked a resident, even though he only goes out when he is on a leash with my roomate and me. We have also been charged repeatedly for smoke detector batteries which apparently die every other month. Interestingly enough these "infractions" have only occured since we gave them an intent to move notice. All they are concerned with is getting the rent.
