I lived there with a strange roommate 7.5 months. Was great at first, got to park right at the bottom of our stairs. Then our a/c wasn't blowing cold air. I guess the real reason we couldn't get it to cool off is because the windows wouldnt close all the way: hot air coming in and water when it rained. I finally stuffed the crack using aluminum foil so my stuff wouldn't get wet. Then we had the ant problem that continued the rest of the time, strange because I'm a clean freak... and then other bugs came too. Then we heard scratching inside the walls in our bedrooms, and out pokes a squirrel's hands. We lived with a piece of cardboard taped over the squirrel's hole the last 3 months there because management didn't think it was "an emergency." Like the other reviewer did, the a/c leaked all in my bathroom, getting the floor so wet i almost fell in dirty attic water. One month before we moved out, the light to see our door's key went out (controlled by them), they didn't care. Enough said.
