My husband and I have been living here now for 3 years just about and we are desperirtly tring to get out. It wasnt to bad when we first moved in but now its a nightmare!
In the last six months we got two new mangers on the property that are nasty whores!
"Thats putting it nicely" They lie about everythihg. They invade your privacey. They have come in to our home with out any notice. We have even had money come up missing and some medication. When we tried calling the burns office about this they told us it wasnt possiable. "Kristy is the best manager" They are butt buddies in other words. The pool is never open because they are to lazy to walk out to them. I even had one of them cuss at me infront of my 6 yr old nephew!

This is not the worst....WE HAVE A RAT THAT LIVES IN OUR WALLS!!!!!!! We contacted the office when this huge thing ran across the floor one night. They told us it was a mouse and that is was because I kept my house dirty...I dont think so! Shes lucky I wasnt here when she said that to my husband. I would have been hailed off to jail that they! We still have the rat in the wall, its our new pet. Hopefully they wont try to charge us 100.00 a day like they tried with our empty fish aquarium.

Next my husband and I are not smokers....WE SMELL AND OUR HOUSE SMELLS LIKE SMOKE ALL THE TIME!!!! This is because are neighbors smoke and it comes through the air vents. Which the rat probably chewed a hole in.

Third its not safe around here at all. Just 3 weeks ago a 15yr old boy had a knock at his door. It was two blk teen boys asking if they could use his phone. This took place at 4:30 pm in front of the swimming pool were people were swimming. He open the door and the two boys beat the him up and stole his phone. When they went to the office Kristy said it was the boys fault for opening his door and burns office agreed. They just posted a warning out 4 days ago to be carful because it now happened another two time! They should have posted it after the first time!

If you like porn you can sit at the pool and sun bathe while watch a girl give oral to guys while wearing just a white t-shirt and underwear..." Sorry guys this is not sexy....she's fat & nasty!" O yeah and when she is not there you can always watch the couple that beat the crap out of each other just about every other day! Thats always FUN! Last time there was even blood on the ground.

If you have broken appliances no worries! Our OUT STANDING maintanance staff can fix anything with just a little but of Bondo and a LOT of DUCT TAPE! It works GREAT! O- I cant forget about the building starting to collapse but dont worry about that either....Kristy is also a building inspecter along with her many of talents of being a plumber, electrician, and a jack of all trades! She said it wasnt going to fall despite the fact the support beam was eaten away by termites! " BONDO TO THE RESCUE"!!!!

Its not all bad...hahaha! If it rans to much you toilet will not flush, if you try to turn on the kitchen light you have to flip the switch 15 to 20 times and then one of the bulbs will come on...if your lucky the secound one will 30 mins later. Wonderful feeling of being shocked by the garbage disposal. Having to rewash your dishes after using the dishwasher. For the ladies...you get to buy clothes much more because the washer machines destroy them!

Yap me and my husband are living the American Dream! What more can you ask for!

First of all if you can't spell don't write a review! Second of all the managers that you are speaking about don't look any thing like you (nasty fat -----). We know who wrote this review and you and your hausband are the nastiest things at lancaster. Oh and ive seen inside your apt when the door opens cause between you and your husband the door must be opened all the way! your apt is not by any means sanitary, the health dept or child services should be called. I have walked by you and the smell of dog and body odor bout knocks me down. Oh yeah i was at the pool that day your daughter or whom ever that kid was that was playing with the life ring, Christy did not yell nor curse at anyone. She stated that the life ring and board were not toys and should never be used for floating on or play toys.They are there for safety devices ONLY. The rat that you speak of probably did come from your nasty apt. Keep it clean and you won't have critters. If that pic. of the rat house is in your apt. it's no wonder you have rats and or critters. No one said that it was the boys fault that he got hit or robbed, he did not get beat up, you should get your facts straight before telling the story. and the letter did not state that there were two more incidences after that one, it stated that there had been two incidences that occured. again if you can't read or write PLEASE don't write something that others will see. Oh and by the way people, I know Christy from another property and she does what she is told by her supervisors and she does what she thinks is best for her RESIDENTS and THE PROPERTY.she has already made progress with this property and will continue to do so despite the people who don't like her. If the PERSON who wrote this review was happy living the way this property was ran before Christy got here then you apparently don't want to live in a better enviroment.You are probably mad because she told you to live by the rules and policies that are supposed to be obeyed by all residents. THIS PLACE IS NOT THE NEWEST APT COMPLEX but by all means it is getting better. If people, like the PERSONS who wrote this review, would not live like pigs, then the complexes would not be in the shape that some are in. Christy cannot perform miracles within a day but she is trying to make this complex a better place to live than it has been. Christy is not GOD and has never claimed she was. She knows what it takes to make a complex a home and with the help of the residents we could all make this a better place to call home. So please don't criticize someone that is trying to help.

Oh, by the way, it was nice for you to point out that it was a little girl when I said it was a little boy in my original post. I changed this to remain anonymous. The only way you would have know that is if you were one of three people. Either, one of the two that were in the pool with me, or your are the member of management that was present when this occurred.

Furthermore, I would strongly reccomend that you take spelling or litteracy class. It's uneducated people like you who give common, descent, educated people like me, who are just trying to live a nice, quiet life, a bad name. You people embarrass me.

I only have a comment on the anonymous poster before me. Don't tell people they need a "litteracy" class when you can't even spell literacy. You say you are a "common, descent, educated" person. I really disagree with this, as the word "descent" is spelled decent. Learn to spell, try again.

LoL!!! This has got to be the greatest review for an apartment I've ever read! I love how excitedrenter (who is obviously employed by the apartment complex in question) responds by trashing the writer's literacy and then proceeds to use the word incidences. Ha ha ha!! I think you mean incidents. There definitely seems to be a bunch of drama there and I guess if you were looking for excitement you wouldn't be disappointed. For me, I think I'll keep looking. Again. Great post!
