Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
if something breaks, don't expect it fixed soon.
if you want to decorate your own way, don't count on it.
if you are lured in by the 'exercise room' or pool here, don't get your hopes up.
want a good nights sleep' buy earplugs.
however, never had a safety problem or a rodent problem of any kind.
