I suppose you do get what you pay for. These apartments are cheaper than most apartments around and i suppose thats not what i should be looking for. Like someone else had put if something goes wrong you better just forget about it getting fixed. I will have been living here a year next month and last June our dishwasher broke and it has yet to be fixed by them. Also if you like peace and quiet than this isn't our place. People are constantly letting their kids run wild without watching them. Also i know they have a problem with cars and apartments getting broken in to. I know that it happens everywhere but i'm sure it happens here more places than others. My boyfriends truck was parked in front of phelan and his stuff was still taken out. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

yep...and the zoo needs to come wrangle some of the escaped animals and put them back where they belong.
