Since new management took over, in July, I have been noticing several apartments being updated. I had the chance to see one guys apartment, who just moved in, and it was awesome. For a 1br, it was big. I guess when you take out all the carpet and put in wood laminent floors, it looks bigger. I've also noticed lots of work crews and maintenance on the property. I've never had a problem, myself, with work orders getting done...at least within 48hrs. I know I'm not the only person who lives here or that turns in work orders...these other people need to practice patience and spelling (sorry, I had to throw that in). There is a diverse group of residents who live here and I wouldn't consider any of them to be "ghetto". The office staff is helpful and seem nice enough, so I don't really see where these people are coming from. I like it here. It's not home, but it'll do.
