Leanne Robles has zero concern for current or prospective tenants. I personally spoke to multiple current tenants and read reviews on the internet and not one is pleased with her efforts. The apartment I was supposed to move into was damaged by Hurricane Rita which is not Ms. Robles or Madison and Associates fault but lying about the extent is. I was informed it would be ready in a couple weeks when in fact it will not be ready until next year.

Customer Service does not exist with Ms. Robles or Madison and Associates. Every time I attempt to get any information from the Lexington on the Lake apartment complex the response is either I dont know or Call back in a couple of weeks. Her subordinate, Jody, told me she could not get any information on my apartment from the contractors (Camp) because they do not speak English. This is false. I took a day off of work just to drive up to the complex to find out the REAL story. They speak English just fine. She just refused to attempt to speak to the works on site. Irregardless of what question was asked of Jody the answer was always I dont know with no attempt to find out.

Another apartment became available when another prospective tenant backed out, no doubt to management, but it over looks a dumpster. I asked if I could stay in it until mine was ready but the answer was no. This was not allowed by the management company. These are extenuating circumstances. The management company should have been contacted. No attempt was made. Zero effort.

Ms. Robles should have been upfront and honest from the beginning. If it were true that she did not know how long it would take she should have made an attempt to find out. Why couldnt she speak directly to the workers' I did. As opposed to lying to me and keep telling me that it will be ready in a couple weeks in order to string me along so I do not move somewhere else.

It is very difficult to find a place to live on the Gulf Coast after the Storms. It is very hard on everyone and it is difficult to find contractors. But this does not give Ms. Robles the right to lie to me about the apartment I already put money on.

Either I should be able to move into the dumpster apartment until mine is ready or Madison and Associates should pay for my hotel until I can move into the apartment I was told would be ready on 21 Oct 05.


Update-

Ms. Robles and I made amends with each other. It is a fine place to live.
