Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
Since the change in management at the complex site, quality of living at lexington on the Lake has went down. Rules are not enforced, people are allowed to hang in stairwells, drugs have been sold on the grounds, maintenance man is not knowledgeable. Until a change in management it seems as if lexington on the Lake is getting worse
