I lived at Lexington the Lake for 1.5 years and during the time I was there the complex had a horrible snake problem. I took my dogs out to potty one afternoon and when I looked down at my feet there was a huge water moccasin about 1.5 inches from my foot. When management was alerted to the problem with snakes, no actions were taken. I can only imagine that the snakes were drawn to the property due to the lake. Many other tenants reported snake sitings as well. Other than this very serious problem, and the fact that there was no real adherence to the rules which we all had to sign before moving in to our dwellings, the apartment complex was kept in good condition and the grounds were well maintained.
