I've lived here for a year now and have been complaining every month to them about my air conditioner and nothing has ever been done. a couple times my light bill has been over 300 dollars because of this. it just runs constantly and never cools the apartment, they argue with me everytime saying there is nothing wrong with it. another problem ive had is a window that leaks evertime it rains, which is leading to roten trim around the window. i haven't had any problem with the black "sticky stuff", every now and then when i wash dishes it'll leave little black specks in glasses but it will come out. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

There is a new lady in the office now, i really like her and have had good dealings with her, as for your air cond. cannot understant why they argue if it breaks every month, maybe replace it??

I moved in december 2008 and right from the start the managers are the biggest ------- in the world not to mention they are all very trashy and un professional!!! I move out the first of june and i just recieved a $ 800.00 bill because they said they had to redo all of my carpet... it does not make sence because the carpet that they have in there is so cheap and i do not see why it would be 800 dollars just to replace the carpet! i also lost my $ 300.00 deposit! so that is 1100.00 that they just fined me a month later! they are always looking for ways to get money out of you believe me!!! Another huge proble is the AC they would not come out and fix it for days and when they did it was only fixed for a day and then went back to the same problem! My next door neighor did not get their depoist back because she left her fry daddy in the kitchen and they did not give her deposit back because they said they had to clean and throw away things wich is not their responsibility!!!! I love in the woodlands apartments now and i love them they are the same price and way much better and very BIG they are two story and it awesome! the ac works so good it gets really cool and they are just beautiful in the inside! i would def recomend living here! do not live at lexington on the lake big mistake you will get robbed dry!!!!!!! wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Sounds like you dont like them, i dont understand why thet had to redo ur carpet? was it messed up?? i will say that i got my dep. back like 2 wks after i move. no deductions, and i stayed here for 3 yrs...u was her from 12/08 - 6/09 and the carpet was redone, lol what'd u do to it feed it to the shredder???
