I moved here from out of state, and was atracted by the price but turned off by the manager, she was kinda short with me, but as i said the price ....ended up moving here and I really adore it, no maintenance probs, no mgr issues cuz i realized that was just her demeanor and now I don't deal w/ms robells, i never had any probs with her, just dont deal with her, ms.nicole is ok, but very observative/watchful.(i guess that ok') very nice apts, has a gym (dont use it) a pool, and a lake. I stay on the lake and no snakes, no black water, no air conditioning issues, really no major issues at all, except parking. the only issue is that i like to fish in hte lake and some pple take their dogs to poop there, and the complex is very family orientated, with lots of kids, but not much disturbances. bottom line: good location, fair prices, and good mgmt. wold give 5 stars in each, but then id be acussed of being mgr--lol (and 5 makes all categories seem cheesy)
