This place is great...very safe and clean...in a good location...right in the middle of town...close to downtown, the mall, restaurants, gyms, bars and anything else worth going to in Beaumont...well lite, cover parking and covered walkways all the way to your front door (it rains a lot around here)...good maintenance, nice staff...nice pool and laundry room...spacious.

Now the drawbacks...a little expensive...and they raise the rent on you pretty drastically. I hate to move, but just can't afford it anymore...my stove is awful...and the shower just isn't consistent. Every other place I've ever lived you could always find that perfect balance between hot and cold and set it the same way. Here, you have to mess with it every time you take a shower. Maybe it's just my apt

anyways, overall I would definitely recommended it...but I would also recommend you sign a one year lease to keep them from raising the rent on you after six months.
