The counter is broken, the tiles are coming up, I can hear TVs from downstairs, and my two neighbors. My 2 year old wants to know what the screaming noises are from the other side of the wall.. I would say, if you can't find anything else.. Sure.. Go ahead, if you want to deal with white trash and drug dealers. Things just don't get fixed right, if at all.
