Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1999
I lived here for 5 years. THe rent is cheap, and they do have a washer and dryer in the kitchen and covered parking. But if sometihng breaks you are on your own because they have one maintance man for 3 properties and it takes him forever to get to your maintance problem! I had a water leak and it took them a month to get to it! I had mold and mildeau in my apartment, that they did nothing about! I called everyday and the manager kept saying we will get to it when we can. So save yourself the heartache and do not move here! THese apartments are cheaply built and falling apart.
