I have lived here for over a year. It's a great price considering I don't have to go to the laundrymat. The washer and dryer is included in the rent. The apartment was in excellent shape when I moved in. The management seems to be faster than what the other two review say. It has large security lights and when I've called, the service has been very prompt. If you're looking for a solid place to live with a washer and dryer, this is the place.
