I have lived at the Hamlet for 3 years now and I love this place. Yes, It is a little older but the new ones they build around here are tiny and expensive. The manager is very nice and friendly. The maintenance crew has been through some changes but it seems to be working out for the better. If I have a work order its taken care of pretty quick. The rent has gone up in the past three years buts it is still great for the space you get. The electric bills can be a little high in the summer so I try to keep the a/c off when I am not there. I will def. renew when my lease is up again.
