first of all the manager has no cule how to run a business they had a sign a contract like every one else right then they said the rent was due on the 14 of every mounth stated in the contract then when we did pay on the first of that mounth they sent us a late note which again it was the 3rd of that mounth the contract said it was due on the 14 so they said that are contract was wrong that their contract said it was due on the 1st but are said different i don't know what happened there. to make a long story short they ended up changeing are contract 3 times because they kept missing it up. i know that on the cart it says there is no loud music well it is wrong every morning some one blows their horen and blast their music about 2 in the morning. well needless to say they are a bunch of lyiers they siad we would hve new carpet but i haven't seen it. so you can bet we are not renewing are lease.
