This apartment complex is the worst that I have ever lived in. The management doesn't give a crap about anything that goes on around here. If you go to them with a problem all they do is argue with you. They don't even try to come up with a solution. When I frist moved here the management was very kind and helpful, and whenever something was wrong they would do something about it. When the new management came in the place completely went to hell. They are rude and like I said before, they don't care. A majority of the tenants are trashy and the ones that aren't trashy are counting down the days until their lease is up. Also, I have a 4 month old child. When he was 4 days old someone stole his clothing out of the dryer. We had to go to the store because every single one of our recieving blankets was in there. What kind of a person would steal from a baby' And if you know that you have questionable people living in the complex, why not set up surveillance cameras' No wonder there aren't very many decent people left in this complex. The crime rate in too high. Also we didn't have hot water for a week. I had to go to my sister's in order to bathe my child. They said that the insulation in the attic was bad and the wind blew out the pilot light. All they did was relight the pilot light. They didn't have the insulation fixed until a few days later. We went down to the office and asked if we could have a discount on our rent because of the inconvience to us. And the manager gave us some bull**** excuse. I have had crackheads knock on my door and ask to use the phone. Anytime something happens they completely blow it off. There are people here that are on government housing and only pay a small amount of the rent, and we pay over $700 dollars and the management treats us like ****. Recently my boyfriend's car was shot by a paintball gun and of course the manangement "can't" do anything about it. Thankfully our lease is up at the end of this month.
