I agree w/ the other comment. I lived here w/ my mom for a couple of months and the apartments were nice at one point, but then they started letting in all the ghetto people and it went down. The gate never works, and although they try to keep the grounds clean, people always litter...dirty diapers, beer cans, misc trash...somebody threw up in the parking lot once, of course I realized this after I parked my car. Mom lives downstairs, and we had the noisiest people who lived above us, because they had like 5 or more kids living up there...running through the house at all hours of the day and night. We complained to the office and they did nothing. However, the trash compactor was overflowing w/ garbage, so we had to leave our trash bag next to the compactor, and someone went through the garbage to see who left it, and charged us a fee of $25 for leaving the trash out...THERE WAS NOWHERE ELSE TO PUT IT...if they bothered to run the trash on the weekends, they wouldn't have to worry about that problem or the huge raccoons that come out of the woods to feed on the overflowing trash. The office staff is incompetent. I have moved out on my own, but my mom is still living there. I hope she does not renew her lease in May and she gets outta there.
