I used to live at these apartments back in 1999. At first, they were very lovely apartments then every one straight out of Magnolia Gardens moved in along with folks from CDS. For all of you who don't know what Magnolia Gardens are and CDS, it's the projects. Right when I moved out that place went to the dumps.
The garbage dump had garbage all outside and on the side of the dumpster.
