I agree at first when I move in there was some problems. Now they have new office staff and the problems have been fixed. This is now a neighborhood where you can enjoy coming home to. I can't complain about the prices. The walls are very thin but I enjoy all the room I have. They have a new manager in place and hiring her was the best thing. They do have strick rules like no hanging out in the parking lot and you can't leave a trash bag out by your door. But hay, with out these rules the place would be trashed and kids would be on top of your car.
