I lived here for 6 months, and I loved it! I am thinking about moving back! The only bad things about it are the price. You should get a washer/dryer for $750 in a ONE bedroom. Also, I always felt safe, except for once when I did my laundry at night. (The laundry room is OUTSIDE the security gate) I was approached by a sketchy man just waiting outside the gate, he even followed me into the laundry room. He proceeded to try to open MY dryer and pretend it was HIS clothes! Thank god my boyfriend got out of the car to shoo him off. That is my ONE complaint. Nice office staff, lovely place to live.

I agree totally except every one of these townhomes has washe and dryer hook ups. so you know. But i agree great place to live. I would only move out of here if i lost my job. You want something nice well it might cost a little more then those other propeties but you can tell why almost immediatly friendly staff great maint guy well they just got another one i havent meet him yet but he looks honest. anyway who does there laundry at three in the morning anyway. over all i would agree with you though its a nice place to live and when i say nice i mean like a little piece of heaven in the middle of all this oh oh yea i forgot i can walk to walmart and the mall is just down the street. Let me tell you its like soon as you pass through the gate your in a library its so serine and nice i feel like im driving through a country club except with out all the snotty people everyone here is friendly.
