I think this place is way over priced. The office staff is very friendly but take FOREVER to get things fixed..plus when we lived here we had a horrible ant problem..it was bad! And one time the gate shut on my car when i was leavin the apartment!! And they wouldnt fix it!

The gates on our property are timed for one car at a time. If someone is in a rush and follows someone else out, the gate will automatically shut. We do have a 48 hour guarantee om maintenance issues if they are submitted in writing and we always do our best to fix things in a timely matter. Most delays would possibly be from a part on order. As far as pricing goes if you shop all comps in the area our price per sq. footage is in line with the other Properties. And finally the fitness center project will begin Tuesday March 18th. The delay had more to do with the New Leasing Office because there was a project manager change. We do have new things to offer such as a dvd library and a coffee bar.

The apartment wasnt that bad..the staff is actually very nice...if i could change my rating i would..i now understand how this place is a lot better then most..the rent was a little high but i wish we would have stayed there..oh and i was driving through the gate right when it opened when it shut on me lol..oh well tho
